IND vs AUS: India’s squad for T20 series against Australia announced
The Board of Cricket Control BCCI has announced the squad for the upcoming 5-match T20 series against Australia. The series is scheduled to start from 23 November, 2023 in Visakhapatnam.
As per the BCCI notification, Shreyas Iyer, who scored more than 500 runs with the help of two centuries in the ODI World Cup will join the squad for the last two T20 in Raipur and Bengaluru and will be the vice-captain.
Hardik Pandya, who captained Team India in the last few T20 series, is not a part of this team due to injury. He was also out in the World Cup after bowling three balls in the fourth match. As per the reports, he is expected to return to Team India in the series against South Africa.
