YRF’s Next, The Great Indian Family release date, teaser
The next film of Yash Raj Films is ‘The Great Indian Family’, whose release date has been announced. The film stars Vicky Kaushal and Manushi Chillar in lead roles. This is YRF’s second release of 2023 after ‘Pathan’ starring Shahrukh Khan. The upcoming family drama is directed by Vijay Shankar Acharya.
The makers of Great Indian Family on Monday unveiled the teaser, offering a sneak peek into the comical family drama. Set in rural India, the storyline revolves around the chaos that unfolds within Vicky’s character’s and family due to unexpected events beyond their control.
The Yashraj Films twitter handle shared the teaser and wrote, ” Home is where The Great Indian Family is, See you & your family in cinemas on 22nd September! Celebrate #TheGreatIndianFamily with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you!

The release date of the film has been announced with a funny video. Vicky Kaushal being seen in the video talking about interesting things related to the film. In the Vicky tells us what family means. He compares a family to a melodious classical Indian song. He says how nice it is to say that family is good, but his family is full of snakes. The promo shows Vicky’s struggle to deal with his family.
The film also stars Miss World Manushi chillar. She was last seen in ‘Samrat Prithviraj’, which also starred Akshay Kumar. The makers also released a poster featuring the entire cast including Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadia Siddiqui, Alka Amin and Srishti Dixit. This film will be released on 22 September.
