Supreme Court Mobile App 2.0 launched : The Supreme Court on Wednesday launched version 2.0 of its Android Phone application. The application will allow law officers and nodal officers of central ministries to view court proceedings in real time. The Chief Justice made this announcement before starting the day’s work on Wednesday.
CJI said that law officers and nodal officers of central ministries will be able to see their case status, orders, proceedings and pending cases in real time. They will be able to watch the court proceedings by logging in through this application.
He also said that the new Android version App can be downloaded from Google Play Store. Whereas, its iOS version will be made available in a week.
Besides lawyers and advocates on-record, the application will give exclusive real time access to all law officers and nodal officers of various ministries of the Central government. They can watch the court proceedings by logging in through this application.
