New Delhi | India has always been against terrorism and there is no place for extremists supporting it. Such elements need to leave the country said Bharatiya Janata Party’s MP Satish Chandra Dubey on yesterday.

In an exclusive interview to Leading Digital Media ‘United Bulletin’, he said that we see such statements only because there is freedom of speech in our country. Speaking further on this he also condemned the statements made by Mehbooba Mufti in supporting the Taliban. India has always been against terrorism and Taliban is a terrorist organization, he added.

The fundamentalists who are supporters of organizations like Taliban should leave the country or they should live here according to our constitution and law of the country, said Mr. Dubey.

Giving tribute to Late Shri Kalyan Singh he said, was a stalwart leader of all sections of the society. He had rejected the chief minister’s chair to pave the way for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Rejecting the possibility of Brahmins vote shifting to opposition in upcoming Vidhan Sabha elections of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Dubey said that this society continued to vote for the Congress till years after independence, but under the leadership of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, this society is still among the core voters of BJP. Therefore, in Uttar Pradesh elections, the Brahmins will vote in majority in the favour of party and our government will be formed.

When asked about the latest rebellion behaviour of Tej Pratap in RJD, the main opposition party in Bihar, Mr. Dubey said that RJD is limited and family party, which does not exist. People in this party only look for power, and soon it will end due to fued among themselves.

Replying to a question on development of Bihar, Mr. Dubey said that there was Jungle Raj in the state before 2005. There has been a change in the situation after the formation of NDA government. However, development has not happened the way it should. This is absolutely true. LS
