When we talk about education, textbooks and classrooms are the pop up thoughts in our mind. But as we move towards a digital world, education has taken a step forward. We have found ourselves cramping up knowledge from books which lead to ratification without any clear understanding of concepts. In this article we will discuss about how how to Incorporate digital technology in  realms of education.

For those who never tried using the digital techniques to study, it’s time to leave the horizon. It might sound bizarre but it has the power to level up your education to another level.

As students spend majority of their time scrolling on various social media apps which disrupts focus, they should try using apps like

Forest – focus for productivity, where a timer for various time intervals is set and for every completed interval, a tree is planted.

Try converting the screen time into study time. Primarily, students spend average of 3-5 hours on their mobile phone which can be used in a productive manner. You can access digital lectures, worksheets, practice books and so much more from various free resources.

Students should incorporate the lifestyle of 8-8-8 hours, which means 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of study and 8 hours of doing the things you love
(practice your hobbies, relax, exercises, etc.!). If teens accommodate this lifestyle in early years, they definitely are leading the path for a better future.

Students have developed the habit of scrolling social media apps for an indefinite amount of time. Scrolling has one of the most major side effects as it has the capability to damage the nerve of your thumb due to continuous activity. Not only this but a good student has a proper mindset and when they have set goals, they work towards them, not against it.
