Union Football Club Summer Sports Camp Concludes in Jaipur
Jaipur: The much-awaited summer sports training camp organized by Union Football Club concluded on Sunday with an enthusiastic closing ceremony held at Ground No. 2, Ramniwas Bagh. Continuing the tradition from previous years, the event celebrated the dedication and achievements of young athletes. The chief guest for the prize distribution ceremony was IPS officer Prafull Kumar, who felicitated the top-performing participants with medals and certificates.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of several esteemed guests, including Union Club Secretary Mahipal Swami, Vice President Sunny Sebastian, Camp Coordinator Abhinav Swami, Deepti Ummat (Director, Complete Sports Solution – India & UK), Pratishtha School President Arpita Mathur, senior journalist Yaduvendra Sharma from Rashtradoot, former sports officer and Kabaddi coach Rajnarayan Sharma, Yoga Guru Bhavya Rajawat, along with numerous football and Kabaddi players, their families, and other distinguished attendees.
Young players who excelled in the camp — Padmanabh, Pratishtha, Rishi, Devanshi, Afsan, Himanshi, Manvik, Kapish, Aarush, Rudraksh, and Vikraman — were honored for their outstanding performance. Speaking to the media, coordinator and organizer Abhinav Swami emphasized that the camp not only provides sports training but also focuses on the physical and mental well-being of children through structured routines and a healthy diet.
He further highlighted that Union Football Club is one of the oldest football clubs in India. Rajasthan’s Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari serves as the chief patron of the club. With her support and guidance, the club aims to revive its legacy and contribute to nurturing the next generation of football talent across the country.
