Sujata Raghavan Elected President of Indian Women’s Press Corps for 2025-26

New Delhi : The elections to the Managing Committee of the Indian Women’s Press Corps (IWPC) for the year 2025-26 were held on saturday. Sujata Raghavan has been elected as the President of the IWPC.

The newly elected Vice-Presidents are Saroj Dhuliya and Sushma Varma. Aditi Bhal has taken charge as the General Secretary, while Suman Parmar has been elected as the Joint Secretary. Aruna Singh has been entrusted with the responsibility of Treasurer.

The Executive Committee, comprising 20 members that includes :

Amiti Sen, Anju Grover, Anu Shakti Singh, Arti Jain, Bhasha Singh, Geetashree, Jayanti, Malini Srivastava, Mrinal Ballari, Neerja Vakil, Nisha Singh, Parul Sharma, Priti Prakash, Saraswati Chakravarty, Shobhna Jain, Sujata Mathur, T.K. Rajalakshmi, Vibha Joshi, Vibha Sachdeva, and Vimmi Karan Sood.

The IWPC is India’s first association of women journalists with more than 800 reporters, editors, producers, anchors and camerapersons from across print, TV and web as members.
