Plantation program held at Udaan Day Care Center on the occasion of World Environment Day
Ghaziabad: In continuation of the instructions of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, plantation was done at “Udaan” Day Care Center run by Bhagirath Seva Sansthan, Ghaziabad on the occasion of World Environment Day. Divyang children of the center participated in this plantation program.
In the plantation program conducted with the aim of explaining the meaning of environment to the Divyang children and making them aware of nature, first the children were taught to plant a tree and then each child was asked to plant a tree in a pot.
Each child was presented the plant planted by him along with the pot as a gift and he was asked to take care of that plant. The children looked very excited to participate in this program.
